Why do you do comedy?
Robert Heinlein once said “I've found out why people laugh. They laugh because it hurts so much; because it's the only thing that'll make it stop hurting.” We are so surrounded by heavy, hard shit all the time and sometimes we’ve just gotta laugh at it. Cuz what else can we do?
Where was your first open mic and what was it like?
Montavilla Station!
Who is your favorite comedian, dead, living, or cancelled?
Patton Oswalt is one of the only comics who’s made me cry with a Special. I appreciate comics who are raw and vulnerable. He’s good at that.

I’d love to continue doing comedy, and getting booked for shows. It’s done a lot for me in a short amount of time. But my passion in terms of my “career” lies elsewhere.
